Tag Definitions and Actions

Content Tags

Content tags are tags which the end user can use to find all articles in a given category that may span different sections of the wiki: for example, things like Alexa, IVR, Chatbot. etc. The goal of content tags would be to allow us to determine which articles may apply to which modalities.

A content tag would exist on at least two pages.

As we generate the list of content tags they should be added here.

Current content tags are:

Category: Technology

For example: Alexa, Google Home, Mycroft

Editing Tags

Editing tags are tags for use by the Wiki editing team during the editing process.

A page should only have one out of the following tags at any given time:

  • Empty
  • Draft Incomplete
  • Draft
  • Under Review
  • Final Draft
  • Final

Eventually they will have multiple “Rev By” tags which do not need to go away.

They could be both “Under Review” and “Formatted.”

Chapters without subpages could have “Chapter” plus other tags.
